A 75 square meter apartment for 2 to 5 people decorated with comfortable and spacious modern furniture in a completely renovated building (in 2004) right in the centre of Madrid. The apartment has an independent dormitory, a 30 square meter living room with a sofa bed for two people and 4 meter high ceilings, kitchen and complete bathroom. We can provide sheets, blankets, towels, small electrical household appliances and kitchenware, T.V., DVD and individual heating.

Besides, there is an exclusive swimming pool available in summer. Extra services are also offered: daily cleaning and parking (optional and extra charge).

Loft Plaza Mayor is located near the central square Plaza Mayor, just a five minute walk, and it takes 15 min on foot to get to the places of cultural and historic interest as well as entertainment zones of the capital.

The apartment is perfectly communicated with all tourist places, you can get quickly to museums as well as restaurants and entertainment areas. Bus and underground stations are situated a few meters away. The high speed train terminal is located 10 minutes away on foot.
